    Kelly uses a 1-on-1 approach that rewrites the stories in your head. We each view the world with a unique perception. Depression, anxiety, uncertainty, and fear can block our vision. Breaking through those barriers helps use your history and your own words to approach life goals differently.

  • Chakra Cleansing

    The 7 Chakras are energy vortexes located along your spine. These can be blocked due to outside stressors and subconscious beliefs. Kelly studied as a trauma-informed Breath Instructor and utilizes multiple methods of restoring balance and harmony to these energy centers.

    Mediation sessions offer support in building and maintaining your personal practice. We create more space for mindfulness through meditation, this reduces mental reactivity, lowers stress, enhances emotional awareness, increases restful sleep, and more!

    Breathwork at its core helped me become more breath aware day-to-day. Benefits of practicing breathwork range from reduced anxiety, increased energy, lowered blood pressure, improved circulation, help managing pain, strengthening lungs, Improved mood & self-esteem, release of toxins, and clearing of energetic blockages.

    SOMA breath tunes into the parasympathetic system using curated playlists and ancient pranayama breath practices.
